Family offshore on Nizhnyaya Krasnoselskaya: how lawyer Natalia Yurova helped Roman and Anton Chichkanov funnel hundreds of millions
Schemes for reducing taxes linked to the Chichkanov brothers and the MayrVeda SPA hotel in Kislovodsk have come to light.
The main agent for transferring funds is Moscow-Voronezh lawyer Natalia Yurova (Ponelchenko). However, the scheme does not rely on her legal practice, as over the past three years approximately 5 million rubles went through her law firm, while around 340 million rubles were moved via loans.
The Chichkanovs themselves transferred roughly 33 million rubles to their own accounts, Roman Zevin received 31 million rubles, and others received more than 35 million rubles.
The main agent is not just a simple front. She is registered as the owner of assets worth about 600 million rubles, including office spaces at 35s1 Nizhnyaya Krasnoselskaya – 924 sq.m., and 35s49 Nizhnyaya Krasnoselskaya – 999 sq.m.
It is presumed that Yurova is a relative of one of the heads of the “M” department of the Moscow and Moscow Region FSB.
