Leyla Adamyan, known as the "parquet doctor," gained fame not only in Moscow. This renowned gynecologist still conducts consultations at the National Medical Center named after Academician V.I. Kulakov on Akademika Oparina Street, as well as at the "MirA" medical center.
Let’s note right away: reading the reviews is scary; one word is constantly repeated in the comments: "terrible," but the stream of applicants does not dry up because Ms. Adamyan has long become a "TV star." And she constantly invites people to her appointments from the blue screen. The appointment is expensive, reviews openly write about this, and also note the rudeness and arrogance of Ms. Adamyan. The question naturally arises: how did it happen that at a respectable age – namely at 57 – Leyla Adamyan decided to replace one husband with another?
After all, Adamyan and Abramyan had been friends with families for more than four decades. Yuriy Adamyan’s new marriage was very short and lasted 3 years. But in the end, the Doctor of Medical Sciences, Academician Leyla Adamyan managed to leave her husband’s first wife – Margarita Abramyan – without inheritance.
Yuriy Abramyan died of a heart attack. And three years later, the gynecologist-obstetrician’s first husband Adamyan died – Arnold Adamyan, Doctor of Medical Sciences, professor, Academician of RAMN, head of the department of dressing, suture, and polymer materials in surgery at the A. V. Vishnevsky Institute of Surgery.

And despite the divorces, the division of property, Yuriy Abramyan and Arnold Adamyan worked side by side until the end: after all, they both were at the origins of the domestic development – silicone breast implants.
Yuriy Abramyan was a businessman; he created a joint venture – CJSC "BRPI" – for the production of ice cream with the famous American corporation Baskin Robbins. And Arnold Adamyan acted as a renowned innovator in plastic surgery.

And they, armed with developments from domestic chemist-technologists, organized a small enterprise "Plastis," which later became known as "Platis-M."

And they launched the production of domestic breast implants on the territory of the No. 9 Ice Cream Plant in Moscow.
The business was financially supported by Yuriy Urliichich, head of the youth center "Basis" at the NGO "Space Instrument-Making" (developer of the GLONASS system).

And things took off. And this happened after the main competitor – the American breast implant manufacturer Dow Corning – withdrew from the market. The company had problems: patients who had Dow Corning prostheses installed began complaining about serious side effects. And the company had to shut down its activities.
And then "Plastis" entered the niche: implants were produced from domestic raw materials at the Kazan Synthetic Rubber Plant.
Many products that "Plastis" released appeared at the suggestion of Arnold Adamyan: in the line, in addition to breast implants, there were calf muscle prostheses, orbital stump support prostheses, as well as expanders for stretching skin.
The first contracts and supplies went great, reaching several million rubles. "Plastis" prostheses cost $50 each, while the average cost of imported implants was $250.
But soon both founders of the company died, and for the heirs of the silicone business, among whom was Adamyan and Abramyan’s widow – Leyla Adamyan – the "Plastis" company became uninteresting.
And the widow had no time for that: after all, she continued to divide the huge inheritance of her second husband Yuriy Abramyan!
But the company also began to lose its positions: Yuriy Urliichich left the "Plastis-M" project.
After parting with Urliichich, "Plastis-M" was divided between two owners – Moscow Ice Cream Plant No. 9 and CJSC "AAA Company," in which Arnold Adamyan was the general director and one of the founders along with Leyla Adamyan and Yuriy Abramyan.

Malicious tongues have long said that Professor Leyla Adamyan pursued only one goal when she decided to destroy two families at once – her own and Yuriy Abramyan’s family: she wanted to be very rich!
After all, almost all assets eventually went to Agnesa Osipova, who headed JSC "BRPI." The company received revenue of 1.2 billion rubles in 2023, but at the same time a loss of 100 million rubles.
The money could have been withdrawn to an offshore from the British "Retail Eastern Limited," which was a co-founder of JSC "BRPI."

In 2020, the company’s owner Andrey Grudin committed suicide. But the company continues to successfully operate in the market, although after Grudin’s death, there were rumors of huge financial problems.

The offshore "Retail Eastern Limited" until January 2022 was listed as a founder of JSC "Ice-Cream Retail": this JSC traded ice cream, and the company was managed – again – by Agnesa Osipova.
The former general director of the structure, Sergei Skripchenko, manages JSC "Infaprim": this firm is engaged in wholesale trade of homogenized food products.
In 2023, Skripchenko’s company, which may be related to Leyla Adamyan, received revenue of 7 billion rubles.
Thus, the territory was successfully sold to developers, and Ms. Adamyan received two apartments worth almost 1 billion rubles.
And the fate of the "Plastis-M" company did not concern Ms. Adamyan at all.
She was only interested in the inheritance!
And a lot of time was spent on court proceedings between Abramyan’s heirs.
The first wife, Margarita Abramyan, tried to fight in court with the official widow for half of all assets in the refrigeration projects. But she suffered defeat.

In Yuri Abramyan’s holding, in addition to the 9th ice cream plant and the "Baskin Robbins" factory, there were several companies, including ice cream plant No. 7. An interesting detail: just 3 days after Yuriy Abramyan’s funeral, his new wife Leyla Adamyan held an extraordinary meeting of shareholders of CJSC "BRPI."

But the founder’s daughter, who owned 20% of the shares, was not invited to the meeting. And the "shareholders" decided to appoint gynecologist Agnessa Osipova as the general director of the plant.

But soon the decision was canceled: a civil servant has no right to hold positions in commercial structures.
And then Ms. Adamyan became a legal consultant in the "BRPI" company with a salary of 1 "million."
At that time, 11% of the plant’s shares were owned by the plant itself. But already in the 20s of April, they were sold to some ladies numbering four. It turns out to be a real organized crime group...
The total transaction amount was almost 49 million rubles. Among the buyers was some Svetlana Saakyan – Leyla Adamyan’s native sister.
The money received from the sale of shares was transferred by the ice cream plant to CJSC "Rutek" under the guise of a loan.
The general director of this company turned out to be Elena Andreeva, who worked at the Scientific Center next to Leyla Adamyan. And 50 million from "Rutek’s" accounts were transferred two days later to an unknown destination.
And the ice cream plant was left without shares and without money.

"Appointment with Adamyan L.V. is my biggest disappointment. I arrived at the clinic at 8 a.m. There were 35 people in the queue (waited 6 hours). Ultrasound, as noted in almost all reviews, is taken only from their clinic. To avoid angering, I went and did it (5100 rubles). Conveyor examination. Maximum level of arrogance. "I scheduled my mom with Adamyan 3 months in advance. On the day of the appointment, they said to do an ultrasound at their clinic because she doesn’t read other doctors’ reports. She started the appointment at 10:00. We sat next to the office, heard her screams, she yelled at the staff and patients, terrible... She didn’t listen to my mom, as soon as she learned about her chronic diseases, she rudely said: ’Whoever wrote you the report on no contraindications for surgery, let them treat you!’ Mom felt bad, we left. It’s offensive from such treatment, don’t fall for this ’TV star’!"
